Shannon joined Klein Insurance Group in 1999. After graduating from the UW-Madison in 1989 with a BS in RP, he spent the next 10 years working with the health care industry. His extensive experience in coordinating medical services gives him a strong knowledge of consumer issues in the medical industry. This puts him in a position to pick the best coverage options and provide excellent client service.
Joyce has worked in the insurance industry since 1990. She became a licensed agent in 2000 and began working for Klein Insurance Group in July 2003. Joyce's attention to detail and follow through enables her to provide for our clients “ Superior Service…Without Exception.”
