Tim joined Klein Insurance Group in 1994, having been in the agency insurance business since 1981. He graduated from UW-Madison with a BBA in Risk Management & Finance. As a Commercial Lines Agent, he handles all your business insurance needs. He specializes in insurance for the railroad program. Tim has helped many commercial accounts install a complete risk management program using innovative insurance products.

Rick joined Klein Insurance Group in 1992, having been in the insurance business since 1978. He began his career in insurance as a commercial multi-line underwriter and large account specialist. Rick entered the agency business in 1989 as an account executive/agency manager. His combination of experience and training gives him the expertise necessary to specialize in servicing large accounts.

Lou joined Klein Insurance Group in 1994. He has a BS in Business Management. Lou has worked exclusively in commercial insurance for over 20 years. He is uniquely qualified to negotiate the best possible coverage and price with our insurance carriers because he formerly was employed as an underwriter for INA for over 10 years. His career has exposed him to all facets of business exposures ensuring that your life earned assets are properly protected.

Sue became a member of Klein Insurance Group in 1994. She has been working in the Independent Insurance industry since 1979 and is a licensed agent. She has an Associate Degree in Business and has obtained the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. Sue enjoys servicing commercial accounts as well as supervising the Commercial Lines customer service agents.

Connie has been in the insurance industry since 1985 and with Klein since its beginning. Connie specializes in marketing commercial accounts for competitive pricing and contract bonds. She is also Customer Service Agent for Large Accounts. She enjoys building relationships with new insured’s.

7:30am to 3pm Friday

David graduated from Gateway Technical College Kenosha in 1976 with a AA degree. He began his Insurance career in 1981, and has worked in Commercial and Personal Lines insurance, Agency Operations and has owned and operated his own retail business. David’s many years of experience in customer service and owning his own business have given him skills covering all aspects of business and insurance.

Rita has been licensed as an insurance agent since 1980 and has been working in various lines of insurance since that time. She has been working at Klein Insurance Group since 1997. Rita assists the Commercial Lines Department and also handles claims.

Rosie joined Klein Insurance Group in 2006, having been in the insurance business since 1980. She has a bachelors degree in marketing and has worked in both personal and commercial lines in various capacities. Rosie looks forward to maintaining established relationships as well as developing new relationships for Klein Insurance Group. Rosie is a dedicated team player and enjoys working with employees that share a commitment to excellence in service.

Jessica Schipper, Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent

Jessica joined the Commercial Lines Department in July of 2004 as an assistant. She started with Klein Insurance Group in October of 2000 as the Receptionist and Accounting Assistant. Since obtaining her Property & Casualty insurance license, Jessica has been promoted to Customer Service Agent focusing on the small book of business. Jessica is looking forward to building strong relationships with her newly acquired clientele.
